We focus on your needs and define what ‘safe enough’ is for you in order to do this work meaningfully. Together, we get creative and develop skills and rituals that help you gain a felt sense of safety and trust within yourself and our therapeutic relationship.

We’ll slowly explore your past, present and future, together. I’m simply your guide through your inner world. You’re the expert here, and I’m your witness. Sometimes it feels heavy, sometimes it’s a bit lighter. We’ll check in and see what the vibe is each session.

Once you feel ready, we’ll take steps to integrate the resources of safety and trust that has been fostered and strengthened in our work, coupled with the themes and experiences we’ve explored and processed together to reclaim your past through an adaptive lens.
